A Magazine Curated By is a special fashion magazine that invites a different designer to create each issue. This long-running series was started in Belgium by designer Walter Van Beirendonck.

Issue N°19, released in 2019, was curated by British designer Kim Jones. He built the whole issue around the alphabet—starting with “Africa” in a conversation with Naomi Campbell and ending with “Zero” by Amanda Lear. In between, each letter leads to something unexpected, like “Queer,” “Islands,” “Dogs,” “Ornithology,” and “Vinyl.”

The issue includes a wide mix of voices and visuals, with contributions from KAWS, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs, Takashi Murakami, Bella Hadid, and many more.
